I’ve used neck fans before, but I was blown away when I saw this one. How could a fan be so convenient and even come with a cooling function similar to an air conditioner (thanks to its cooling plates)? Maybe I wasn’t familiar with such advanced products before, but I was instantly intrigued when I discovered this.
The shipping was also incredibly fast. It arrived just in time for Black Friday and before my trip to Thailand. I used it for over a week during my vacation, and I have to say, the designer is a genius. With the AI mode, it automatically adjusts the wind speed and cooling temperature. I could use it on and off throughout the day without needing to recharge. Truly impressive!
I've used several fan products from various brands, including another brand known for its range of neck fans. I have to say, the AICE3 is by far the best overall experience I've had. Compared to regular fans, the AICE3 features two cooling plate areas, which made my trip to Southeast Asia incredibly comfortable. I didn't need to set the temperature too low—it was just right. At the same time, the airflow is fully adjustable, and with the cooling plates providing air-conditioner-like cooling, the air it blows out is refreshingly cool. I absolutely love it!
I even bought another one as a Christmas gift for my brother. Since the cooling plate areas can also provide heat, he'll be able to stay warm now, and once summer comes, he can switch back to the cooling function. It's a fantastic product!

Belle technologie mais pas très efficace pour la chaleur à l'intérieur ( + 28 degrés) et batterie pas assez puissante. Si vous avez une montre intelligente vous avez pas besoins
de cela ! Je suis entrain d'essayer le aice lite plus et jusqu'à date il refroidit bien et je le préfère au aice 3 neck coté look et efficacité par contre il aurait dû mettre 4 vitesses pour le ventilateur.

I'll say this, I don't know if it's the best on the market because I haven't tried other ones, but it does help keep me cool, I work in a hot factory with no Air conditioning.

I just got a new job at a location with the heater running constantly. I give massage and I get so hot, sometimes I feel sick. This has been such a lifesaver. It gets icy cold, and my long hair, whether up or down, does not get tangled/pulled. The fan is very quiet and does not interfere with the ambiance. This will be my best friend when working in the summer, and regardless of how my new job location utilizes their AC, I will be okay as long as I have my AICE. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU.

This is a fantastic device. Very cool. For anyone experiencing a battery won't charge" issue, go into the App on your phone, Choose the 3 dots on the upper right to get to the setup menu. Find "firmware update" and touch it. Charge your battery and perform the firmware update, Don't disturb your phone or the AICE 3 while it is updating. When the firmware update is done, go in to the 3 dot menu again and make sure the OS and the MCU are at the latest versions. Then, try your A1CE, run the battery out and then hook it up and let it charge all night. Mine charges excellent now.
Could have given 5 stars but the down side is the neckfan shuts down when battery level has reached 45% level. From 100% it’s working perfectly fine. I followed the 1st 5 charges instructions but I don’t know what to do to keep running below 45% level
When it works it works great but I do have issues with the fans shutting off when I plug it back in the fans will come on 🤷🏼♂️

I'm a soccer coach and the summer is so hard, until I got the AICE 3 everything has been so much better, I never overheat or sweat a lot anymore! Of the several products I've tried, including other brands, it has the most powerful cooling ability and the largest battery, which are the two most important to me. Definitely recommend it.

I have been suffering from heat exhaustion at work, and this portable air conditioner has been a lifesaver for me. Even on the low setting, it provides more than enough cooling power to keep me comfortable. What's even better is that even after I remove it from my neck, the cooling effect lingers for a while, which is fantastic. In my opinion, this is a fantastic purchase.
