I purchased 2 of these for me and my partner as we were going to Florida for two weeks with temperatures of 35 degrees + and they have been an absolute life saver, Especially when waiting in Disney/Universal with long Queues for the rides. Honestly didn’t expect them to hold up so well in the extreme heat but they really did! The cooling plate works amazingly and really does bring your core temperature down. We both had so many comments on them and would 100% recommend! Great value for money!

I’m genuinely impressed with the AICE Lite Max. I’ve used other high-performance neck fans before, but this feels like a completely different category.
The biggest difference is that it doesn’t just move air around. The air actually feels cold, which makes a huge difference in hot weather. It reaches the low temperature setting very quickly, and the cooling effect around my neck is immediately noticeable.
What surprised me most is that the airflow itself doesn’t even need to feel dramatically stronger than other powerful neck fans. Because the air is actually cooled, the overall cooling sensation is much more effective and comfortable.
I also really like the AI mode. I can simply put it on and let it automatically manage the cooling instead of constantly adjusting the settings myself. That makes it much more convenient for long periods of use.
The build feels premium, the cooling is powerful, and the overall experience is much closer to wearing a personal air conditioner than a normal neck fan.
I bought it for hot summer days and physical work, and it has exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who gets uncomfortable in the heat.

Provides cool air at 16 deg setting. But not cold air. Is just comfortable at max 16 deg setting. After a while, the bottom plastic base part of the unit gets warm when it rest on the shoulder. Decent silent operation. I am sure, the cooling performance will be improved further in future versions. Quite a lot of hot air gets discharged outwards through the side vents. So not suitable for use in an enclosed space, this hot air get recycled back. My wife tried using it. Her longer hair at the sides traps the hot discharge air from escaping.
There is no instruction of how to clean the blower unit or chiller fins as it will eventually get clogged up with dust like any normal aircon unit after prolong use.

It works decently well. The warmer/hotter the outside environment is the weaker the cooling will be. The app is pretty good but my biggest gripe is that neither the app or device shows you the battery percentage. Both only a picture of a battery that loses bars over time. That makes it difficult to know where the battery is at & how much time you have left. Battery life & charging both seem well. I don't think this is a life-changing device but it's decent to have.

Certes un brin lourd mais normal avec toutes ses fonctions, je ne l ai pas encore testé entièrement. Petit rappel , utilisable 30 heures mais en fonction ventilateur simple contre 4 heures en climatisation force 2. La climatisation est par contre impressionnante. Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat en prévention de nouvelles canicules.

It's truly amazing how much it cools. It lives up to its promises. Definitely a great purchase. Several friends have bought one after seeing the results. A+++ product.

I've been using this every single day for about 12 weeks now and I honestly can't imagine getting through a UAE summer without it. The moment you switch it on, the cooling hits the back of your neck within seconds — that instant relief is such a good feeling when you've just stepped out into the heat.
It's made the everyday things so much easier. Walking from the car park, waiting outside, running errands in the afternoon — all of it feels far more comfortable now. I even wear it indoors when the AC isn't quite keeping up, and it makes a noticeable difference.
The fit is excellent. It's light, sits comfortably on the neck, and stays put while I'm moving around, so I forget I'm even wearing it. The display is a nice touch for checking the cooling level and battery at a glance, and the battery easily gets me through the times I need it most.
Three months of daily use and it's still cooling exactly as well as it did on day one — no drop in performance at all, and it still looks and feels brand new. Really well made, and genuinely worth every dirham. Highly recommend it to anyone living in this heat.
I ordered this fan after researching it a bit, and because I believe Ranvoo is an excellent brand.
I own their Air Jet toothbrush already which I think is a fantastic item, and I am enjoying using it every day.
When I saw this fan "air conditioner", I thought it would be brilliant to use in the current heatwaves we are experiencing in London.
It arrived in over a week and I can't fault the packaging at all. I was excited to get started!
Unfortunately I am quite underwhelmed. ☹️
I keep using it at the lowest temperature which is supposed to be 16 degrees, but I honestly don't believe it achieves that low temperature. The plates get pretty cold which is nice but the air that blows feels actually warm, so I don't find it very refreshing at all.
I like that the device can be controlled by an app. I find that a lot easier than fiddling with the buttons on the device, especially when wearing it.
I shall continue to use it but I believe it will only be effective when temperatures are much less than 30 degrees.
I definitely don't think it's worth the money I paid for it even though that was still about half the RRP. I would be extremely annoyed if I had paid full price.
Don't get me wrong if I felt as cool as I was expecting and hoping, I would be happy to have paid every last penny, as being cool and comfortable is priceless in my opinion.
With regards to the warming feature, I can't comment on that and I doubt I'll ever use that feature.
I am however pleased to have noticed by chance that I had a voucher for a free storage bag, which I just ordered. I do think with such a premium item with the price tag it has, the storage bag should be automatically included in the box.

I bought this AC neck fan for the heatwave and my nightly hot flushes. It has three-large cooling plates, and many fans that produce and vent cold air. It has 4 modes such as cooling, heating, ambient air and AI mode. I have bought many other branded neck fans and they have a cooling plate which turns cold for 10 seconds (not even cool) and heats up majority of the times, as well as only venting the surrounding air. This neck AC fan actually has a built in AC unit. It has 3 large cooling plates which fit around your neck (one at the back and 2 at the sides). It also looks like a luxury fan. I am very happy with this product.
